CAPED’s main mission is to contribute to the improvement of living conditions and the promotion of peace for grassroots communities living in rural and urban areas throughout the country.

To achieve this goal, the NGO aims to protect and empower people living in poverty in rural and urban areas. By seeking appropriate funding, it intends to accompany and support grassroots communities, especially vulnerable people, in order to restore their dignity and make them useful members of society.
